Chief Minister Educational Endowment Fund (CMEEF)

Introduction

Chief Minister Education Endowment Fund (CMEEF) has been established for the award of scholarship to talented and deserving students of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa purely on merit- cum affordability basis in selected leading national Institution both at Undergraduate and Graduate level and internationally in top 300 Universities of the world (QS ranking) in Ph.D. Details of scholarships are given as per below:

Eligibility Criteria

CMEEF Inland Undergraduate Scholarships:

  1. The candidate must be having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  2. The candidate must be fulfilling the admission criteria (merit) for the degree programme in the approved institution in one of the approved discipline/field.
  3. Must not be recipient of any other scholarship for the degree programme.
  4. Monthly income of the candidate’s parents/guardian (from all sources) shall not exceed Rs, 100,000/-.

 

 Inland Graduate National Programme

  1. The candidate must be having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
  2. The candidate’s age must be less than 50 years on the last date of the receipt of the application as advertised by the institutions.
  3. The candidate must have first-class academic career (minimum first division or CGPA of 3.00/4.00 or 3.75/5 in a semester system).
  4. Minimum 50% score in GRE/GAT (General or Subject) for MS/M.Phil, while 60% score in GRE/GAT (General or Subject) for PhD.
  5. Monthly income of the candidate’s parents/guardian (from all sources) shall not exceed Rs, 100,000/-.

 

Graduate International Programme

  1. The candidate must be having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
  2. The candidate’s age must be less than 45 years on the last date set for the receipt of application.
  3. Minimum 60% score in International GRE/GAT (General or Subject) for PhD foreign.
  4. Must have a valid unconditional offer of admission in any one of the approved PhD/DPhil degree programmes in any one of the top 300 universities of the world.
  5. Monthly income of the candidate’s parents/guardian (from all sources) shall not exceed Rs, 100,000/-.

Graduate (Ph.D) International Program

How to apply:

  1. Candidates having valid unconditional offer of admission from top 300 universities of world (QS ranking) for the discipline shall apply on the form as specified in the Rules.
  2. The candidate must submit the application forms along with all the supporting documents to Project Management Unit Office well before the closing date.

  • he Education Employees Foundation, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, was established with effect from 01/07/1986 through an Executive Order for the welfare of Education Employees of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.
